Maintenance and Repair

Maintenance and repair services are coordinated to support vessel readiness while in port. This includes identifying qualified service providers, aligning schedules, and overseeing execution within operational constraints.

We remain engaged throughout the process to ensure work is completed as planned and adjusted only when operational realities require it. The focus is always on minimizing downtime and maintaining readiness.

Our Process

Initial Coordination

Engagement begins through direct contact or via a military attaché to identify operational requirements, constraints, and priorities. At this stage, scope, feasibility, budget considerations, and delivery timelines are reviewed to ensure alignment with operational needs from the outset.

Nomination and Confirmation

Once requirements are defined, the contract or nomination process is completed to formally confirm our attendance and responsibility for vessel support. This step establishes accountability, authority, and coordination parameters prior to arrival.

Advance Arrangement & Execution

Finalized requirements are submitted to allow services, supplies, and technical support to be arranged in advance. Coordination remains active through execution, with oversight maintained to ensure requirements are delivered as agreed and adjusted only when operational conditions require it.
